Requirements

1. Certificate of Employment, scanned
2. Payslip, scanned
3. Company ID, scanned front and back
4. Government-issued ID, scanned front and back
5. References: 1 colleague, 1 relative; their cell numbers
6. Co-maker: address, cell number, company and its address and phone, position in the company, the company's industry, basic monthly salary, and items 1,2,3, and 4 above.
